Yes. The venue has a bar licence and is able to legally sell alcohol.
All guests are allocated a bedroom by the couple, if you wish to book a bedroom please contact the couple direct. We do not take individual payments from guests wishing to stay.
We do allow third party suppliers providing they have the correct insurance/PAT certificates and are self-sufficient. Although we do recommend to check with us before booking their service.
We absolutely do allow confetti but only with real petals, not artificial.
We are a self-catering venue so catering is not included. We can however recommend a great chef if you do require catering during your stay. If you are a wedding booking please refer to your booking form about the catering included in your wedding package.
We have a large tarmac car park, along with an overflow parking area using ground enforcement paving tiles for additional vehicles.
We are completely exclusive! Spicer Manor will be purely for you and your guests during your stay.
We have 15 bedrooms sleeping up to a total of 34 guests. There is the possibility of adding cots or small beds for children under 12 (these are limited).
Yes! We are fully licensed for civil marriages and civil partnerships.
Yes we have a list of recommended taxi companies we can send to you, please just ask.
Smoking/vaping is prohibited inside the building, please use the designated smoking shelter when required.
There are no cash machines within walking distance. We advise anyone visiting for an event to bring cash on the extremely rare occassion we lose internet connection for our card machines.
We have basic disabled access. Please download our Access Statement for information about the property. Our Wild Garlic family room on the ground floor is most suitable for people with limited mobility and has en-suite facilities.
After booking with us, we will email you with a bedroom allocation form. Once completed please return this to our team at least 8 weeks prior to your wedding day.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout Spicer Manor.
All bedrooms are supplied with linen and towels, as well as blankets, a hairdryer, and a selection of complimentary Bramley toiletries to use whilst staying at Spicer Manor.
We can provide as many cots and highchairs as you need. However, we do ask that you bring your own linen for cots.
We allow dogs to stay between the months of October – March. We welcome dogs for visiting between April – September only for photos at weddings during a drinks reception.
Dogs are not allowed in bedrooms, on the beds or on furniture. If you intend to leave any dogs during the day we can provide dog crates on request, if left unattended they must be in our dog room. Please don’t allow your dogs to go to the toilet on our front or rear lawns and only use the meadow at the side of the car park for this when exercising your dogs. We allow up to four dogs per group.
