Making a reservation: In order to make and guarantee a reservation you will need to provide us with specific personal details. Your details will be used for the purpose of handling that reservation. When making a reservation by telephone, your details will be entered into a booking system which is also hosted in a secure environment. Please note that, from time to time, calls to our Reservations Centre may be recorded in order to improve the service offered to our customers and for training purposes only.

When you make a reservation we will use your email address for the purpose of fulfilling that reservation. This will include sending you an email to confirm your reservation and may include additional communication should we need to contact you regarding specific requirements or a cancellation.

Electronic mail: from time to time we may send you promotional communications by electronic mail that we think will be of interest to you, using the contact details you have provided to us. Occasionally, we will also communicate with people that have registered on third party websites and have specifically requested to receive further information about us. These communications may include contact by email and/or SMS (text). These communications will only be sent by us and will relate to promotions, that we offer to our customers.
