We do have some special dates available at Spicer Manor. Please enquire for availability and pricing.

Christmas

As part of your stay with us at Christmas we provide some lovely extras as part of the booking for you. There will be 5 Christmas trees decorated around the house. (If you prefer we can leave you one to decorate with your family as part of the celebrations)

We also include a luxury catered meal from a fantastic chef who caters all our events at Spicer Manor. This is for an evening or your choice. It does however exclude Christmas day and boxing day. And not forgetting your children. Gifts under the tree will be left for their arrival.

New Year

For an unforgettable New Year’s Eve, Spicer Manor is the most perfect place to celebrate with all your family and friends. The firework display on New Years Eve across the Yorkshire countryside is spectacular to see. Raise a glass to welcome in the new year whilst linking arms and singing Auld lang Syne.

Event Rules

The hot tubs will not be available to use when the guest numbers exceed 34
Additional guests must leave the property by 12.30am
As an insurance requirement, a member of the team may be required to be at the Estate when there are additional guests.
An increased security bond is required for additional guests (we will confirm this ahead of booking).

Payment Process

To secure your dates a deposit is required of a 1/3 of your balance. Your final balance is then due 12 weeks before your arrival date.

Please note that we do require a good housekeeping bond. We require a good housekeeping bond of £1,000 which is refundable. This is required 2 weeks before your due date.
