We are proud to work with Andrew Bradley – founder of Bradleys Outside Catering.
Trained at the Michelin-starred Box Tree Restaurant and with decades of experience running Bradley’s Restaurant in Huddersfield, Andrew brings expertise, artistry and amazing taste to every course.
Andrew and his team provide seamless, and comprehensive service completely tailored to your stay, allowing your group to focus entirely on the itinerary of activities throughout the course of your visit. Service can either be table or delivered pre-prepared depending on your retreat’s requirements.
This includes:
- Intricately plated starters, mains and desserts.
- Seasonal and bespoke menus providing steaks, chicken, fresh fish and imaginative vegetarian options such as goats cheese.
- Full-service staff for preparation, service and clearing.
- Delivered meals being fully prepared to heated and served whenever suitable for you.

Spicer Manor’s Fully Equipped Kitchen
For those teams that will enjoy cooking together, Spicer Manor provides a kitchen designed for those gourmet culinary experiences. Our beautiful central island has seating for up to 11 guests to relax, discuss and collaborate, while our large space and vast array of equipment ensure effortless cooking for teams of any size.
The Kitchen facilities include:
- 4 electric fan ovens
- 2 four-ring induction hobs
- 2 American fridge-freezers (with water and ice dispensers) and a Wine Fridge
- Double Belfast sinks, and an additional island sink
- 3 dishwashers, 2 kettles, 2 toasters and a microwave
- Utensils enough to serve 80 guests, extra large pans and bowls for large scale preparations
A welcoming living area comfortably seating 8-12 guests creates the perfect space to continue discussions while meals are being prepared. Fitted with a Yorkshire Range Fireplace and Smart TV the kitchen and living area is the ideal setting for corporate catering.
